All comes down to being able to read the market and not economic theory that bears little if no semblance to reality. The market made up of people who are sick and tired of market manipulation on the stockmarkets, corporations and finance cos run by the totally literate economic whiz kids, more to blame for any prices rises than property investors , has spoken telling all and sundry that you had better listen to the economic illiterate, as well as the low interest rates are an invitation to redirect funds in the next sector to keep things pumping whilst mining comes off the boil. That is actually being encouraged by govt if you can read the signs properly.
