    We although have to understand that there is a huge difference between an owner occupied and an investor.
    If you have a family you might want to jump in even if you are a bear. Thats as long as you are confident you have a safe job and don't over borrow.
    As an investor at these prices you should understand that there is a huge risk involved.

    The house below was advertised for 630 to rent six weeks ago, went to 580, now 540 and no takers. Avaible now, empty, no income. Hope the owners have the cash to cover the bills.
