Allright BG.... You win....Anyone who buys a property now is a fool and will pay too much. I will make sure I pass this valuable information on to all the young people out there who are wanting to get out of paying dead money and paying off someone elses mortgage instead of their own, and not to touch property until it has at least halved in price at least.
