that should bring a sigh of relief for the renters....
cause if the investors stopped investing in housing....
what would happen to the renters.....
would 10 of them share a house.....or 12 or more...as per the news...recently on another unrelated matter...
note..investor loans averaged 34%, fhb loans were 11%...so that leaves 55% were other loans...not fhb's...must be upgraders then...
