from the news artcical there is 2139 prop investors for 711 firt home buyers.

like in my other post about there was 1:10 rentals for owner occuupied 10 years ago.

if rentals are being bought that excesivly to owner ocupied, surly when housing becomes affordable again and renters buy in, vacancy rates in rentals will be masive.

how cheap will rents be then to entice people in? how many props will be dumped on the market all at once as they dont want to keep a empty rental?

this is going to end badly
