Also prices achieved 12 months ago should not even be considered as relevant at this point. Im regularly hearing from Rockingham agents of houses selling up to $80,000 more than asking. Eastern states buyers still busy here.
I may sound like im ramping, but the current situation is absolute bonkers to me. I dont get it, but I am just relaying what i see and hear. Those cheaper houses would require a lot of work. Parts of Rockingham are very old, and some pockets are quite dodgy.
