Appreciate you emphasising the importance of knowing where we wanna move to before selling.. To make sure numbers add up.
1 pt.. a greater % drop doesn't necessarily mean a greater change $ wise. Eg a 500k prop dropping by 10% ..loss of 50k. A 700k property dropping by 8% is 56k not arguing your overall pt ..just a detail.
sure prices move down at times..all I'm saying is I'm not worried about that..if it happens; I'll reasses then ; hopefully with more idea where we wanna move to and factor in what prices have done there.
