Surre the mortgage sold may have dropped however the percentage of investors has risen.
if investors were leaving and not investing their percentages would go down not up. wouldnt they?
So we can then assume less "normal" or "mum and dads" or "FHB" are buying and investors are making a return of sorts.
So question then is do u follow the mums dads and FHB and be a normal everyday fella or follow the leaqd from the investors that see opportunity now with low interest rates, high rents etc etc etc.
