im not disputing mortgages are down....albeit not that much.

However the percentage of those taking out mortgage , investors are making up a larger portion percentage wise.

Could mean just less "normal buyers" in the market, could mean many things I guess.

Anyway out looking at another property tomorrow.

Time to step back in again with the tight rental market here in Adelaide at present.

The 40c days might keep some of the buyers away for now and down the beach instead....lol
