Warnie and all does anyone remember back in the early 90's or even late 80's whether it was investors who bought the top of the market or was it FHBuyers ?
Maybe it was speculators and developers who got caught out the worst .
Obviously times are substantially different now with interest rates off a very low base [extrodinally low base]
I do battle to work out where we are in the investment cycle and am paranoid about being left behind if property pops up big time .
Obviously so much is linked to unemployment levels but I have spoken to a few folks who have screwed up much in super with the share market fall out and wanting to switch to property .lol
fuzzy logic when property is up maybe 5-10% in 12 months yet share market up over 60% .
