While at it, put the interest rates back up so those that have had their incomes stolen to fund many, instead of effectively being ignored or told to suck it up.
The current proposal without thinking of the landlords (if that's how it goes), is nothing short of theft. (no, I am not a landlord, just someone trying to fight the rats off from eating my $'s).
