Also if I was silly enough to have real estate investments, I’d keep my renter in there as long as possible even at a discounted rate. Someone paying 50% of their bill is better than nothing. If you kick someone out, no ones moving in especially if they don’t have a job.

Maybe you shouldn’t of put all your eggs in one basket.
