Let just remember, that without the huge risks undertaken by property investment, particularly from the small Mum & Dad investors, there would literally be thousand upon thousands of out Community living on the streets.

To be honest the majority of the time being a landlord/property investor is like a living hell, & I'm sure many would agree. In Victoria & now Queensland a landlord has ZERO rights or control over his property once the tenant receives the keys "FACT"
