I wasn't suggesting the interest rates were part of the latest, just pointing out the theft involved with it, stealing of others income, which is to cover others wow's, spending and poor Gov planning. And no, interest rates have Not been as "these levels for years".
As for the tenants, you have no disagreement with me. People suggest the load should be shared, from what I am seeing ATM on that matter, it's a one way share.
