    Yes plan for a reasonable period without a tenant - very few would ever contemplate 6 months without rent or significantly reduced rent on a residential investment within a large country location or city. Under normal economic circumstances/cycles I would agree with you bugger them they took on that investment strategy wear the consequences, but this is NOT NORMAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

    FYI I am fine as I have already stated. My properties are positively geared, my tenants were already unemployed before this crisis and so actually have more money now than before
