    I don't think it is fair to compare the rental losses to dividend/share capital losses.

    Tenant has the legal obligation to pay rent, however, company don't have legal obligation to pay dividend.

    But, consider only 12% of Australian own 1+ properties, and 50% more still renting, it is obviously what kind of viewpoint is popular
