May be an element of truth in it. House behind me was owned by a quiet pharmacist. He bought another house and tried to sell the one behind me. Couldn't sell so he rented it out. This happened six months ago.
The roof line of this house is well below me and does not block my beautiful valley views. To my horror cubs moved in, "cashed up bogans". Young 19 yo tradies.
As they have no view of the valley, they climb onto the roof and put deck chairs along the top of their roof and drink beer. I can see them outside my lounge room window.
Worse thing is they leave the chairs on the roof for weeks at a time with towels and what not.
They have noisy parties and jump off the roof into the pool.
Last weekend they moved out suddenly.
Today some more young people moved in 19-20. I hope they don't go on the roof.
Maybe I am just an old fart, but the landlord must be having a headache. I wonder if they damaged the tiles.
