    In property you may lose 20% during bad correction, but in long term it will go back up, plus you still get to live in in, see it or rent it.

    In equities, it often dropped 60% of the value in one day, then CR, then drop further 20%, then the stoopid investor average down, then stock consolidation, then drop 70% again.... Then suspension. This is equities my friend.... In slow agonising death...
