Most of the whinging/ calls for a crash are pretty basic emotional re-gurge of the media POVs.

Another said why can foreigners buy here, you can't buy in Asia. no idea.

I could walk into an RE in Tokyo and buy freehold property without an issue. IN FACT easier than the Japanese buying here.

Crash won't happen, nothing signals that at present.
