this is where investors come in and pay bottom price for (their fellow investor's) properties and charge exuberant rents for those same investment properties (that "prior" investors haven't thought off)...and achieve top return (of 3%) and hope that laws for negative gearing don't change ... and if they do they yell: communism !!!
...and somehow they all constantly make money (buyers and sellers)...nobody ever loses (or the ones that lose can't work the internet)
but it is all worthwhile...when they are 60 they can corespond to cyberfriends(have no real ones..."you can't trust anyone but your family" types) about benefits of having 20 houses!
after all, there's millions of tenants around Oz that pay thousand bucks a week rents !!! NOT!
