A simplistic statement don't you think BB? There are many regions in Australia in which you could not reasonably make this statement. Those supported by many factors such as migration levels, desirability, housing supply etc etc etc I listened to some interesting views at the university today including those from government and large corporates such as Investa. The opinion is quite different than the line you seem to consistently take. Could be that those with such a negative outlook might miss opportunities. Then again maybe not :)
