Whoa--- you must be up to your proverbial pushing the housing wheel barrow,got some bad news for you old son,any person who thinks they are gunna make a squillion out of an investment property needs to get their heads out where there is no daylight.
Just because banks lower interest rates and builders discounts will cause a stampede en mass, me think it is a mirage.
