I love how the property market is always in crisis... It's been "in crisis" for the last 20 years- Apparently..
The price of property in Sydney has not gone anywhere in 5 years. It was the same price 5 years ago... I know because I bought property 5 years ago.
Once interest rates start to come down, and the stock market in the shi*ter, everyone will start saying "put your money into bricks and morter". Once interest rates start falling, investers will be able to get some good returns again, etc, etc..
