    Another piece to the puzzle is the 4-5 hundred thousand 457 visa workers in australia, everyone of them needs a roof and this has disengaged the average working aussie from the normal ballanced market, ie what a worker can demand in wages linked to the demand for housing, ie the little fella is going to get hurt and bad.
