I agree with you... That's what I mean.. All these studies coming out saying how hard it is to buy property, how it's more expensive than New York, etc. The price is the same or lower than they were 5 years ago. Where were these so called "studies" 5 years ago?

Except for interest rates, this means it's cheaper ie Easier to buy property than it was 5 years ago... Once interest rates start falling, all will be good..
