    no not all of it of course. a percentage will look for another place to park it......bond, treasury notes and banks........conservative investors like stability..........hence the bricks and mortar thing...........and with house prices falling in some areas, those mums and dads will help the kids get into property.........probably just waiting for our interest rates to stop rising, or heaven forbid, dropping
    there is 100's of reasons at the moment for the fearful, emotional investors to look for an escape.........including what is happening with their superfunds , ** and the funds lending shares to short sellers is about as scary as it can get.
    then if SWAN starts making big changes to super....??? anything can happen
    oh and BTW.........I know of plenty of cashed up investors looking to enter the sydney property market........selected suburbs of course........not south or west ever..
    it will be a very interesting next 12 months in all markets
