I thought the real estate market was in crisis 3 years ago and have rented ever since! My last house that I owned has sold this year for $525,000 more than I sold it at in late 2004! LOL.

Market did better though (just) but it has been hard work given I have not been working (old PAYE) in that timeframe either, so I needed to make (including wages, super, rent etc), close to a mill on the market to counteract, which I have done, but in retrospect, I am not much better off if I presisted with employment and kept the house. LOL

Mind you, I'm much happier and most of all, free.

Ironical, but happy days....can only do that in a bull market. Come back!
