Or there is a good case for incentives for developers to invest in affordable rental propertires ... I know of at least one savvy builder doing just that (minus any assistance) on the NSW South Coast ... he is looking long term at indexed rental growth and reasons that properties in his price bracket are seldom vacant ... a nice outcome for all it seems.
