    I have a friend bought a property in the USA for $700k.Now it only worth $400k on the market and nobody willing to buys it.

    Again nothing go up forever...the credit crisis around the world will slowly squeeze borrower to dealth.

    Wesfarmer had to refinance their short term loan by October,but they need to pay a massive 4% more.
