maybe this cyclone will see some nsw & vic migrants flee back to their states afterwards.
when i last drove between gold coast and brisbane they were building lots of slab on ground developments. the land seemed a bit flat there too?
thought it was strange, the move away from being off the ground in qld the past 20 years or so to slab on ground
