I'm not aiming for a mathematical award...it's all semantics .. whether it's a 7% loss or a 10% loss or a 11.5% loss.
A LOSS is a LOSS .. and houses are also losing value at the moment .. we haven't even accounted for that.
Money in the bank proved a sensible move for an extended period between 1990 - 1996 or so.. we could be in another extended period like that now ?
