Bad, Your acutally right we paid under 2750 in stamp duty not 8k that was the purchase of another property. 8K intrest roughtly was based on what we owe on it. Which was about 88k when we purchased it. I know we secured the mortage at about 6.25% so would be a little over 8k for intrest but still in the ball park for total costs.
