I like lavo alot more then altona meadows prices are cheaper, better access to public transport and services. Lavo is right opposite Williams Landing where their achieving 350k just for a block 600sq.
Don't worry about tenants Ive had them screw me in good suburbs and bad suburbs. The trick is personally selecting them. On the dole (application goes in the bin) single mum (application goes in the bin). VK commadore (application goes in the bin). Sounds harsh but I've learn my lessons the costly way.
