Sounds like a better option than blowing out your mortgage as the value of your house goes up, to buy expensive toys, holidays ect. I'm sick of seeing this happen then hearing complaints about the cost of living. I got into my first house on apprentice wages, I do feel sorry for kids that want to have a go but simply don't have the same opportunity.
