I remember ready a long time ago that the inherit value of MYR actually lies in the blue chip CBD property it owns rather than the business.......does anyone know anything about this and agree/disagree?
I've just bought in at $1.375 as I think there comes a time when a business gets beaten down mercilessly that it becomes extremely cheap and I think MYR is at those levels around now IMHO. I bought in to MTS for the exact same reason, I think both business are extremely cheap based on fundamentals and in time that will speak for itself.
Keen to hear anyone's thoughts on the actual value of the property MYR owns etc.
