Ummm, they don't have any! The private equity owners sold it all of pre the IPO. Hence, MYR will never be another DJ's. A cursory check of the annual report would have told you this. Their only real property, plant and equipment assets are fixtures and fittings (i.e. fitting out the stores), which are worthless to anyone but myer.
