    no iv'e never heard of foreing investment. care to explain what it is, and more to the point how it will underpin strong house price growth?

    While you are googling "foreign investment" perhaps Passive1 can explain how "folks helping" will underpin price growth, given the average retirement saving in this country upon retirment is 154k for a man and about 45k for a woman? House prices don't rise when you inherit a house, and they would fall if boomers are liquidating to plug the gaps in their retirement shortfall.

    The only people that are one dimensional here are the peanuts who have convinced themselves that property actually can't fall here in Aus.
