in all honesty i have to say that stockland just doesnt have that, what duicorp calls "doing, as opposed to "gonna do" thing that separates genius property investors from the crowd...
those "the hard yards...not the easy looks good on paper option" (again duicorp quote)
IF they had that, surely they wouldn't be 150 mill in the hole like they are now!
