What about the boomers that lost patience with the stocks and bought property last year through the super funds. Now that's unlucky. Not only did they jump into property prices at the end of a 20 year bull run. They missed out on the 20% jump in the stocks for the past 6 months. May take 5 -7 years to make that in property and that's probably best case scenario.
