Believe it was only mou - nothing signed off on. I did post Friday why bother with a shady deal with Vale and associated unknowns (such as Jcoure has alluded to) when simply increasing production & product sales could achieve a more rapid debt reduction for whatever period it takes - keep control in your hands and the only but very important control you don't have is the IO price.
G'day Flip - thought the cash injection would be in future if they made the commitment then one would think they would exercise the other opportunity in investing in future projects as mooted in mou.
