I was out at 7a.m with the for sale signs to see if l can save myself for what awaits
Then you have those no interest home loans which people will struggle to pay but reality is plenty people have loans for tax reasons...l bought a factory with a loan just for tax reasons
Not every stat is correct....yes for sure house prices can go down ...no one is saying that they will keep rising but hey you have 2 options if your blessed
Rent or buy personally myself would be buying in the country some cheap bargains and hey no work ....anyway people want to see people lose its human nature yet they pay 1million bucks for a ford and its an investment
