If you know your area well take advantage of it...l have my eye on 2 but l am looking for ones that sold in 2015 as they would be up 200k so plenty to play price down as people cant handle being in profit and usually you can pick up cheaper like example something 2015 sold for 450 asking price 700k....offer 580 lol...130k profit if person worried will take it....media is pushing it hard desperate for it to cave in hopefully aud holds up in the meantime l hope they start highlighting the risks with sharemarket as when houses drop to a certain point so will market perhaps to start buying cheap housing....
