Maybe we are saying the same thing or maybe not, i dont kow exactly what you mean. You use the term 'bulletproof', i dont agree with it. I also dont agree with the need to have a 'high wage'. Your wage requirement will depend on the debt level you are looking to get, on top of the 10-20% deposit. If you are looking at buying a cheaper place say around 400k or even below you wont need a high wage.
