Love the media ...this no interest loan stuff is b.s as some people take them out for tax reasons...l have one and l could get rid of it tomorrow...l am sure most people have been sensible when taking out loans l know banks have been tougher on valuations for the last 2 and a half years so its all noise....so what people take their money out of share market tomorrow cause it can crash?
Anyway with everyone selling people will be looking for rental property so expect rents to rise in the near future.....not all landlords are strapped for cash so l guess we will find out how it all plays out
Might be good opportunities for all the people sitting on 2 percent bank interest...bloody thieves lol
