I also encourage people to own their own. Just dont buy into a bubbly market because they may end up losing their savings and their home or set their retirement back years by jumping on a speculative bandwagon at the wrong time in the cycle. If people have the capacity to wear a capital value devaluation 15-30% and are in it for the 10yrs plus horizon, then go buy anytime they like.
