Agreed --- the Chinese buyers are the same as us, there are a few millionaires, but China has created a lot of rich people very quickly and the dream of millions of Chinese is to buy a house in Canada or Australia and with their new found wealth they do it ASAP.
But the normal person is affected by the same greed that many in Australia are and over-extend, so as in their volatile stock market they will get out as quickly when they perceive they are, or may lose their money
