You say off the plan is a different issue but Chinese are the biggest buyers of off the plan sale throughout all the major cities and Indians are probably not far behind.
Like I said you are talking property in general but I am talking buying in a time of record personal debt,record low interest rates and borrowing to the hilt to do it.
I guess with your view there will be no correction and if there is one no Chinese or Indians will be selling at all.
