what a joke...they say property prices to go up by 40% in the next 5 years..........these real estate people should be responsible.........people walking off their properties in droves in WA...neg equity........but now the rich are feeling the pinch with high interet rates....those who have bought using the equity in their home...with promise of high rents by real estate people are now copping a double whammy ...not only are both houses losing $$$....margin calls are also a problem......GREED is good until it turns SOUR!!!!!! prices in WA will drop 30%....
