The best thing to happen to Balmain was the construction of the Anzac bridge it turned it into another Mosman relative to the city, no argument there. It has the same over inflated property now as well.

I do not know what percentage drop will occur in certain areas but I would suggest that there would be a minimum of 10% across Sydney, some areas 30-50%. In the north shore I have asking prices reduced by this much already.
