I am all for Buyer Beware but there is also a need to protect those who may not be investment savy from these slick operators.
If a licenced investment advisor tried even 1/2 of the tactics these real estate sale people come wealth creators used they would lose their licence and end up in jail. As it is currently these guys can operate giving investment and taxation advice with no licencing requirements or protection for the consumer.
